This policy explains what MCP Marketplace processes when it helps people discover products and continue to merchant-hosted checkout.

1. Who operates the service

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

Product search terms, filters, and explicitly supplied shopping preferences.
Coarse delivery country or city when you choose to provide it for store routing.
Product, variant, quantity, merchant, and cart information needed to prepare checkout.
Basic technical logs required for security, reliability, and error diagnosis.
Merchant catalog and store-profile information supplied by participating stores.

We do not ask for or collect payment-card details, delivery addresses, or Shopify customer passwords.

3. How information is used

Information is used to find relevant offers, retrieve authoritative product information, route searches to suitable stores, create merchant-hosted carts, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.

4. Merchants and service providers

Product and cart requests may be sent to the participating merchant and its commerce provider, such as Shopify. Checkout happens on the merchant's domain and is governed by that merchant's privacy policy. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical data on our behalf to host and protect the service.

5. Retention and security

Search results and carts are generated for the requested interaction. Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and operations. Merchant credentials are stored server-side, are never included in tool responses, and are limited to the access required for the integration.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, and may object to certain processing. Send requests to dorianpop1512@gmail.com.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated as MCP Marketplace adds stores or capabilities. Material changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page.
