These terms govern use of MCP Marketplace. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the merchant remains responsible for each sale.

1. What the service does

MCP Marketplace helps users discover physical products from participating merchants, compare normalized offer information, and create links to merchant-hosted checkout. It does not place orders automatically or collect payment or delivery information.

2. The merchant is the seller

Each participating merchant remains the seller of record and is responsible for product accuracy, inventory, pricing, taxes, payment, fulfillment, warranties, returns, refunds, and customer support. The purchase contract is between you and the merchant.

3. Prices and availability

Product information can change. MCP Marketplace rechecks key information when preparing checkout, but the merchant's checkout page is authoritative. You should review the final items, price, currency, delivery terms, and merchant policies before purchasing.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at excessive volume, submit malicious content, or use it to facilitate illegal activity or prohibited transactions.

5. Service availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or remove stores and products. We aim to provide clear errors and reliable results, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every product or merchant will be included.

6. Intellectual property

Merchants retain rights in their names, product information, and media. MCP Marketplace and its original software, copy, and branding may not be copied or misrepresented without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MCP Marketplace is not responsible for merchant products, fulfillment, or losses caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
