For shoppers
MCP Marketplace helps you find offers and prepare a cart. Orders, payments, delivery, refunds, and returns are completed with the merchant. For an order-specific issue, contact the store shown on the Shopify checkout or confirmation page.
For merchants
The first onboarding program is manual. We review your store, agree on the catalog scope, connect approved Shopify access, and test discovery and checkout before your products become available through the marketplace.
