For shoppers
MCP Marketplace helps you find offers and prepare a cart. Orders, payments, delivery, refunds, and returns are completed with the merchant. For an order-specific issue, contact the store shown on the Shopify checkout or confirmation page.
For merchants
Onboarding and account checks are automatic. After you connect the sales channel, eligible products published to MCP Marketplace can appear in discovery and use your Shopify-hosted checkout. Unsupported stores are rejected with an explanation in Shopify admin.
